Booga Can anyone recommend a cheap or even better free software program that I can use to record some of my guitar stuff. I kinda want to play and record a melody and then practice some lead stuff with it. Thanks. ?
raithza Reaper. Many threads on the forum with all sorts of advice - do some searching ? http://www.reaper.fm/
Warren BMU wrote Reaper is, however, not free. Not if you do the right thing. But at $40 it is a steal. Buuuut...if you try NOW you can trial it for 30 days for free! Booyakasha!
DonovanB But they don't limit the trial or the trial period. I guess most people go on to buy anyway.

Norman86 http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ If you do download audacity, download the 1.3.12 beta version, it actually pretty stable! Its also not that difficult to use! I use it quite a bit to edit songs! very easy!
