Bigsby could make a tidy sum by introducing a couple more products into their line for the first time since about 1965. One would be a compact enough arm to fit on a flying V (I've seen that mod before, and it's frankly a bit nuts). A lot of '60s Vs came with a compact Maestro vibrato. But unfortunately the maestro is the single worst vibrato system ever invented in the history of guitars (although it looks very schmancy ? ).
Another one would be a Bigsby B7 (like that one in the video) redesigned to fit an SG - cos they look so good that a few people have done it, even though it doesn't sit totally flush:
Back on ergonomics, I think that the Stratocaster is probably the most ergonomic guitar ever designed - even if people have tweaked it a little with super strat designs. It's just perfect - from knob placements to body contours to cutaways.
The other one, I think, is the Gibson ES335. It has the large body of a full sized acoustic, but it's thin with double cutaways, giving you the fret access you need. Convex back for comfort. Perfect for playing standing or sitting (even better than a strat for sitting because of the large body).
Edit: That first Lonnie Mack tune is awesome. Thanks for that. Didn't know about him.
