Well, I decided I needed an acoustic again. Actually I decided this quite some time ago, so since I'm still waiting for a certain someone to finish building the one I want, I decided to keep a look out for something that could fill the gap. I spotted the one Conrad was selling (a G series) and decided to take a look at it. So, Ilse and I drove through to Pretoria, I saw it, played it, liked it, bought it. We could have been in and out of Conrad's place in 10 minutes flat, however, Conrad and his wife are incredibly hospitable people, Ilse and I only left about two hours later ? , we had a fantastic visit ?
I've been nagging Ilse to take some nice shots of the Tak, but she's up to her eyeballs in editing, so for now these will have to do. I really apologize for the cell phone pics :-[ :-[
Anyway, I've been enjoying playing acoustic again, I did not realize how much I had missed it. I think I've only picked the electric up once in the last two and a half weeks :-[ , not quite sure where that is going ?
Anyway, here it is, I must say, I'm really very happy with it ?
