Gym Supplements

Anyone know of good online stores to get gymming supplements, such as why proteins, protein bars, creatine, etc?

I usually buy from Dischem, just wondering if there are any places online that sell cheaper? As usual, the USA is SO much cheaper than here, figured some of these online stores must compete with them, but I'm not finding anything like that via google.

Springbok pharmacy was super-popular among the heavy gym boyz a few years back, so I imagine it still is. That said, I always found Dischem to be pretty reasonable, depending upon the brand you're looking for.

Yeah, Dischem is cool if they have products on special, but they really only have USN, EVOX or biogen on special. I perfect muscletech or ON. ?

ON is really good stuff. Considered the SSN range? I got pretty good results with some of their stuff.

Hey man, have you tried Titan Nutrition? http://www.titanworld.co.za/home/

Really good stuff hey!

cain

there is only one online store to use :

http://springbokpharmacy.co.za/

USN / SSN / EVOX / BIOGEN is not the best nor the greatest of supplements.

For
Protein : i suggest ON Whey or Gaspari MyoFusion
Multi-Vitamin : ON Opti-Men / Animal Pack
Fatburners : USP Labs OxyElite Pro / Animal Cuts / Muscletech Hydroxycut
Pre Workouts : Gaspari Superpump 250

Everyone that knows me round here, knows im big into gym and supplements. Send me a PM if you need any help.

guitarists should not use supplements, we are either super skinny, or overweight because we are awsome like that...... the second you become to buff, you have to give up your gear to me

Thanks for the replies everyone ? Will check out Titan Nutrition, I was browsing springbok pharmacy earlier, looks like they have some good stuff in there! ?

Other than a decent whey product I would just save the cash and spend it on quality food. Unless of course you can afford both quality food AND quality supplements. I dropped the supps and spent the cash on 3-4 packs of chickens breasts a day and got better gains in size, strength, leaned out and just felt better in general. Currently weigh 97kgs with a 250kg deadlift, 140kgx15/200kgx1 ass-to-grass back quat and a 140kg close-grip bench press.
