hey everyone
on saturday evening i went through to the plaasteater to see the above band play and put on their show 'Guitar Legends' . To say that these guys (& girl) kill is an understatement. i highly recommend that all guitarists go and check graham and his band out asap. they were amazing man! note/note renditions of the classics- hendrix, srv, led zep, knofler, even joe satriani man. and to see him pull off the gypsy kings stuff- and sing- awesome. and thats just the first set. the second set he does some sung originals followed by some more barnstorming instrumentals.
i really think graham deserves the virtuoso moniker, and he's band are amazing too, the bass player get through about 5 instruments during the course of the evening.
i cant say this enough guys- do yourselves a favour and track them down on facebook, have a look when next they play and go and check'em out. if you're into guitar and guitar music you've gotta see them. unreal.
