99% of the reviews on that site seem fabricated. *cough*
They are not. All product reviews are written by our customers or sourced from international websites.
I realized a while ago that you had pulled reviews from MF. Fine AFAIC, at least you are going to the trouble of sourcing reviews to make your site more of a resource for the buyer (MF might not agree though...).
However, I have run across one or two items - particularly with products not available in the US, that the review did not belong to the item in question. Example:
This review on the Cort G200 which was taken from the MF page on the
Cordoba Koa CE Classical Guitar. I realized something was not kosher as the G200 has adjustable intonation and the reviewer complained about the intonation. Someone slipped up (or more likely took a shortcut as I've seen this a few times). Not serious, IMO, it's just people do find these things out and it affects your credibility, which is real important online.
Why not just get a staff member with knowledge to add a staff review of the items? Something like Sweetwater does? Raises the rep of both the staff and the site itself.
