I don't even think it was a damn good photoshop artist, I reckon it was a damn poor photoshop artist. Look at how he missed the white fur on the cat's back in the mirror reflection. Also, the transition from yellow to black on the cat's ears just doesn't look real to me.
Excited ladies? Imagine the same cat in white, same facial expression, same pose. That would still get ladies excited. They're weird that way. "Oh look at the adorable kitteh. It's so cuuuuuute!!!!!! I think I'm gonna cry. Maybe I'll take a picture of it with my cell phone." Next thing her boyfriend gets hold of the picture, fires up photoshop and the rest is history.
