The Baggs M1 can be fitted with NO modifications to the guitar at all if you don't mind having the lead exit out of the sound hole. The Baggs iBeam can be fitted with just a jack plug in place of the strap pin (even then, if you bought the passive version you could probably get away with the lead exiting out of the soundhole). Both available locally.
What sort of price range are we looking at?
Ummmm.......
And where are they available from?
McGibbon's are the agents, but I know that Marshall and Music Connection both stock. The iBeam probably should be installed by a technician, but it won't require any drilling.
The M1 clips into the sound hole. There's still some set up because you can adjust the pole pieces, but nothing that requires you to be a rocket scientist.
