Well. Firstly this kind of thing doesn't tend to sound like much with just the guitar on its own. Nothing to do with your playing, but this was clearly not written as an instrumental and consequently doesn't hold the attention very well.
But the other thing is, what's going on with the timing between the two guitars? Each sounds fine on it's own but they don't sound synchronised. Are you playing one over the timing of the other and hitting latency issues? Better perhaps to play both against a click track or drum track so that they're in time?

There are one or two timing issues. The tone is pretty cool. I would be proud of it if it's an early attempt at recording.
What guitar etc did you use to record? That rhythm tone was actually very cool. keep it up

I dig it, you're getting a good sound from your guitar. (Now I'm gonna mess with my amp tonight lol) You just need the drum track to play to and you're sorted.

I second the comments about timing. Timing is key. If you see a band live and they are good but not great players but their timing is good you'll perceive them as a tight, potent band. If you see another band live and they are superior players but not playing well as a unit or even just one of them can't keep time properly then you will perceive that band as sloppy and lose interest quickly.

I hear a huge improvement from your earlier stuff, your technique is improving and it appears that you are taking constructive criticism to heart and learning from it..
