The Dunlop is a step up from a daisy chain. It gives you a little more smoothing and voltage regulation as well as having multiple outputs and a format that fits on a pedalboard. However, it's really only a small step compared to a Voodoo Labs supply as the outputs are still not isolated, so you still have the possibility of picking up noise from ground loops.
The Dunlop also still needs a power supply (it's basically just a fancy daisy chain) and the maximum output is limited to what that supply can put out. So if your supply is already struggling, it's not going to make a difference. It can take up to a 1A supply though, which is enough juice for most purposes - but add the price of a 1A supply to the Brick and I suspect you might as well buy one of the smaller Voodoo Labs supplies.
The Dunlop DC Brick includes a power supply, so no extra purchases are necessary.
