Some electronics help please

A littlle help please.

I want to wire a tele using the Anderten diagram on this page:

But it requires a .050mf or smaller capacitor. I checked Mantech and Yebo, but I don't know which of their caps will work. I know zilch about electronics and the descriptions on their site are a bit confusing to me.

Can anybody shed some light on which ones I should get?

Any non-polarised cap. Polyester, mylar or ceramic will all work.

BTW - in most cases, "uF" is the same as "mF" - both are used for microfarad (although mF should properly be the abbreviation for millifarad). "uF" should properly be written as "µF", but most people don't worry and just use "uF".
