Why would a competent tech struggle to set up a southpaw guitar? I recently had Jed at Music Connection set my acoustics up, and he does everything with gauges and straight edges and a method like that should work on left and right handed guitars.
UNLESS it's the angle that you look at them, the way your work bench is set out etc etc. Is Grant left handed?
