I know there has been a post on this before, but there was a warning about no replies in the last 120 days,,, Anyways please post and let's see what you'd have if cash wasn't a factor Mine...

I have to say, although I'm seriously into the ESP now, my RG1527 is my "pillar of strength". Even the JEM JR I had before it. You cannot beat Ibanez for build quality and price. Even the non prestige ones have everything you need without having to pay an arm and a leg.

I'm going with Dean on the John Petrucci Seven-string, though I'd want mine to be in the Ruby Burst colour and definitly not a BFR model. Also I'd want mine without piezo because I've found that the toggle switch for it gets in the way of my eight finger tapping (I keep muting myself damn it!!!)

I'd also want the six string model in Ruby Burst...*drool*.....

And the Suhr modern model that Guthrie Govan uses...*more drool*...

and finally a six and seven string Ibanez RG J-Custom Model (which are the series they release above the prestige line, THESE THINGS OWN!!!!) which if anyone is interested you can find for sale on www.ishibashi-music.com (also they have an extensive 2nd hand area with many many rarieties *perve*)

Other than that I want to change the pickups and frets on my two RGs and the bridge on my seven-string one but I wouldn't swap them for the world, whether it be because of the intense emotional investment or just because they are pretty damn nice already don't know, don't care, still love them!

...and might I remind you, Chad, that the topic is "your favourite guitar" - that is singular, not guitars, plural or even "your favourite room/flat/house/warehouse full of guitars". ?
