Cronics. Both solos. What do you think though?

The notes seem to be there... But rhythm and timing is off. Maybe try with a metronome or with the record?
You got those pinch harmonics down, but i can't tell if they're on the right notes.. Needs more time this one but pretty good.

Well done, keep it up!
In my old bands we covered 'Kill Again' and Angel of Death', we didn't bother figuring out the solos, just tremelo picked while madly moving our fingers around on the fretboard!
So well done to you. ?

I can play angel of death? Yeah I use to do that for their solos but I needed to learn them properly.
also busy getting a gary moore solo right. Got the notes down just the timing and speed needs work. Out in the fields?

How long you been playing? Cos it sounds fine for a learning attempt. String bends sound off key but knowing Slayer it's hard to say without any backing rhythm or riffs.

You meant 'Crionics' right? I'll go listen later and compare. Looney made valid points re. timing and metronomes etc.

Now, what I *really* want to hear is you playing the Angel of Death opening riff. Cos that sucker is fast (I make it about 208 bpm). C'mon, post a clip of that, c,mon c'mon! ?

I think rather concentrate on getting the timing right than playing fast... The palm-muted E string pedal point is played well but for the wrong number of times.

Cool man, you've got the chops I can hear it. Just the metronome again. Pretty nice for a cellphone recording!

The thing with the metronome is it prepares you for the recording studio (or stage I suppose), where two guitars have to sound like one. Here's my two-guitar attempt with a clicktrack set at 208 bpm:

The point is, those guitars have to follow the click pretty closely or at 200+ bpm, things become a MESS. (Indeed mine is probably not as tight as it could be. Oh well. Real life calls, gotta run!)

Sounds great BMU! Yes the metronome is necessary.

Check out my old band doing a messy yet brutal Angel of Death. Maybe stop before the solo, i totally messed it up in the worst possible way! :-[

Slayers I hate you(yes I know a cover song?) was the first song I learnt to play.
