Many a production model Jackson out there with SIMILAR specs.
I really wouldn't say that, his model has stainless steel frets, dimarzio pickups and a low profile floyd with a 12" radius instead of a compound radius. Also the switch placement is very strange and it's got a kill switch, these are very different specs to any of Jackson's other models.

Broderick moving to Jackson is a pity. If Ibanez were smart they would have made his LACS a standard artist model. Wouldhave jumped on that in a heartbeat.
Ibanez don't exactly have a history of being too smart with their endorsements, they've lost 3 very high profile endorsees this year because of their attitude towards signatures. Also Ibanez wouldn't have given him a signature this early, he hasn't been in Megadeth long enough to warrant it. In order to do a new sig they've gotta redesign and tool etc for a whole new run which would take months, Broderick only just joined Megadeth and Dave Mustaine is known for being a temperamental douche so Ibanez would have probably would have wanted to wait a while if they were going to do it at all. Also Steve Vai has a contract with Ibanez that prevents anyone else from having a signature 7 string unless they pay him royalties or something like that.
