Because I have read somewhere that Peavey has bought Composite Acoustics. Amd if they have would that mean that we could possibly see these guitars available here?

Quite possibly. That would be Turnkey then - they are the Peavey distributors.

I would also hope they revive and develop the Composite Electrics. While general consensus of the CE Blade was "nice idea, bad execution", Peavey do make very nice electrics and they would be able to develop it into something that electric players would be happy playing.

Not really. Ovations are hybrids with wooden necks and tops and the rounded Lyracord back. CA is all carbon fibre and a more traditional box shape.

One great advantage of the CA guitars is they are immune to the climate - you can go from Arctic circle to the equator and back again and the guitar will stay stable (they don't even have or need a truss rod). They are also as durable as you get. This makes the Cargo (their travel sized guitar) popular for players flying around the world or those who live in extreme weather areas.

Also, by all accounts, they are surprisingly good sounding. Here's a review from Premier Guitar:
