Is there any one out there who might have a dxf file of an amp, as i am looking at building a small tube amp for my daughter

Your best chance is to ask the person who did the PCB layout for the amp model you're looking for, since the DXF file is the output of that CAD process... Do you want to manufacture your own PCB from that DXF, or simply check the layout?

I would like to make the board up on my cnc and i dont mind what make it is as my daughter is only 9 and she wont be able to have it load as the neighbors might complain

Why don't you consider something like a Roland Micro Cube or some other small practice amp instead?

You won't be able to make PCB's on your CNC, since it's a process of laminating layers of PCB material (consisting of a plastic core with copper foil etched through chemical processes to leave the tracks on each side) together using various complex processes. There are DIY PCB kits available, but those can generally only be used for quite low tech dual layer boards, and require some experience and very messy and expensive chemistry. If you have a DXF of a PCB you'll need to send it off to a PCB manufacturer who will probably charge you a couple of thousand rand to make a small number of boards.
My recommendation, if you want to build the amp yourself is to buy a kit that already has all the parts (including the PCB) in it. There are many of those kits available online that would suit your needs.

Have routed a number of single sided and double sided pcbs on my machine before, all you need is guidance pins that the board fits onto and bolts down on a jig. making shure that when you turn over the pcb to turn over the dxf file as well, then running solder joint through the board to connect to the other side.
