Remember 1 thing though.................most of these instant style houses, usually have a very basic design that can only be modded and tweaked a bit to suit the owner. That's kinda going away from the whole thing that you're really after.
Yeah - will be pretty 'boxy', but the place where we'd buy the land hasrules, like only single story, so we wont go crazy anyways... the main thing is space - my wife and I both work from home, so we need two offices, plus our room, one for our daughter, one for the next one who should be on the way shortly, and then maybe two spare rooms (my wife wants a lot of kids!) Then there's obviously the need for a music room... so apart from the lounge, kitchen, passages, bathrooms, entertainment area etc, we'll need seven or eight rooms of varying sizes...
