You can do something cooler than that. How about Led Zeppelin? ?

Very sweet sounding. If you use a programme that can download the vid, you can slow it down using VLC player (google and download - it's free). Then just watch his fingers, make sure it sounds the same. Will take a bit of work but I think a few people would be hella impressed.

Well, at this moment, i am still learning all my chords as if im barring them...
and barre chords... my damn finger just doesnt want to bar the strings properly, but im carrying on!

but ja, its fun to play together! one day i will be good!!

Norman86, at least you're on electric. Barre chords are even harder on acoustics. But one day you'll be doing them and you'll wonder how you struggled.

Sigh... I forgot about that chord even though it still bites me. Just goes to show what kind of guitar player I am...

I've been playing that since year one. And I still don't play it very well ?

Stairway's a great beginner's song. It impresses non-guitar players. There are a lot of techniques in it. It's not really that difficult.

He can try the baby F - string 1-4 only. Maybe a little easier.
