Hey some of the craziest ideas turn into the best solutions, you just have to have the balls to do it!
Come to think of it......my buddy, who plays naught, has a heavy, old, stringless, slightly chrome corroded, heritage "dust gatherer" edition Ritmiller in his lounge ?

taking shit apart and putting it back together my whole life
Not another one! So you understand a WASB's desire to and rush gleaned from modifying things!! ?
I even take my brand new stuff apart sometimes! Carefully, so not even agents would notice....of course, should any read this post, I would probably only be offered a 7 minute guarantee on any damn thing I bought in future ???
music is the only constant
I really enjoy the feeling of creating or changing things, thus my choice of electronics as a career. Up until 2004, I was always far more technically biased, rather than artistically inclined, although something always felt missing. After choosing to try and learn all I can about both playing and tweaking guitars and their accesories, I'm starting to experience a highly addictive, inspiring, surreal, seductive and almost spiritual elation (probably G.A.S. ?) in synergy with a helluva sense of worthy relief and renewed passion for a (possibly no longer) boring career, simply by applying at least some of what I have learned over the last 20 years.
I have also decided that home renovations, new cars and other boring ways to occupy my time and spend my money are about to take a rapid knock on my list of priorities lmao! Oops I had better maintain self control here, I'm bang on the average age at which males have statistically been proven to undergo mid life crisis ?
