Vick So, I have a t-rex mud honey, awsum pedal, have had it for like 8months, and I have run it at 9v and 12v depending on my mood, but so today when I was using it,worked fine, then I switched the voodoo lab to 12v and then it started self oscillating ? a lot....but if I engage it,it acts normally, but when I put it off agen,oscillates....switch it back to 9v and it was normal agen.... According to the t-rex site you can run it at 9v to 12v.... O and I have no loops in my signal chain....nothing like that...for now..... Soooo, any idea what's up with that thing....? Ps: its supper awsum ocillasion, tone control changes the pitch, sensitive to the guitars controls, kinda usable... ?
AlanRatcliffe No idea, but I doubt it's good. Double-check power and audio cables by swapping out and if that doesn't work, email T-Rex and ask. If you bought it locally, simply take it back and get them to sort it out (or more likely, replace - the T-Rex circuits are surface mounted). Must be the time of year - my TC NovaDrive just died.
Vick Bought second hand.... Cool,I just emailed t-rex, thanx for the help man... Seriously,i have never heard of a TC pedal bombing out...
