Now for my 2nd pedal order question!!!

Hi everyone
This is my 2nd last day in Korea now and i bought some pedals and i wanted to know before i get home, which order i must put them in.

So here it goes: Boss NS-2 Noise Suppressor
Boss HM-2 Heavy Hetal
Boss CS-3 Compression Sustainer
Boss SD-1 Super Overdrive
Boss MD-2 Mega Distortion
Boss CH-1 Super Chorus
EHX Little Big Muff
Korg Pitchblack Tuner
Boss AB-2 A/B Switch (to switch between 2 guitars.)

Your Help would be nice ?

Oooooh. Allow me to give this a bash, its quite an art getting a good signal chain. Ok, so If I had all these pedals I would probably put them in this order:

Boss AB-2 A/B Switch (to switch between 2 guitars.)
Korg Pitchblack Tuner
Boss CS-3 Compression Sustainer
EHX Little Big Muff
Boss HM-2 Heavy Hetal
Boss MD-2 Mega Distortion
Boss SD-1 Super Overdrive
Boss CH-1 Super Chorus
Boss NS-2 Noise Suppressor

*Not quite sure where I would put the Noise Suppressor, I guess the end of the now very noisy chain would make sense. Btw, I must ask, why so many Distortions?

well i have the boss hm-2 (heavy metal) for the swedish death metal stuff. it is the only pedal that can create that fat sound that this pedal makes. I use it for DROP A & DROP B tunings
the md-2 (mega distortion) is my main rhythm sound. it has that nice fat, bassy sound.
the little big muff needs no explaining. that is for playing led zeppelin, jack white and that sort of vibe.
and last but not least the sd-1 (super overdrive). i use this as a boost on clean sounds or for a solo boost with the boss md-2.
So i guess i just love distortion pedals. Who doesnt? I mean really even if it is a little bit of crunch from your amp its still distortion.

Oh, I should have guessed you play heavy metal kinda stuff. Haha, can only be a metal head with that much distortion.

Technically its overdrive, but I hear what you saying ?

Btw regarding your signal chain, you have probably heard this a million times, I know I have, but your signal chain is personal, and can be changed to however you like it, what I gave there is just a guideline really. Try swapping the NS-2 and CS-3 around before and after the distortions to see what sounds best.

oh and yes i can only truly be a metalhead. I listen 2 OPETH and slipknot, stone sour and dimmu borgir and bloodbath for the heavy stuff.

ooohhh and i forgot 2 add THE BIG FOUR are also my influences for the heavy stuff(metallica,slayer,anthrax,megadeth) ?

The NS-2 is special - it has a "gate" or "trigger" input and a loop to put all the noise generating effects in. This means it can follow the guitars natural sound without effects, and gate based on that, which is far more effective and natural sounding than just a single-ended noise gate (which will tend to follow the noise too).

So this is what you do (FruitarGeek was pretty close, aside from the NS-2):

Guitar > AB-2 > Pitchblack > NS-2 IN > NS-2 SEND > CS-3 > Big Muff > HM-2 > MD-2 > SD-1 > CH-1 > NS-2 RETURN> NS-2 OUT > AMP

If you get any delays or reverbs, they will go between the NS-2 OUT and the AMP.
