edit: I spent a couple of Christmases in Afghanistan where as you know Islam is on the extreeeeeeme end of the sprectrum but (expat) Christians were encouraged to celebrate, quietly of course (just never never never try to convert anyone), it was always surreal. David Lynch Xmas.

Well, plse spare a thought for the folk (quite a few old ones I understand) who have had their spark cutoff two days before Christmas becasue the system has apparently malfunctioned and noone can explain the huge bills that are outstanding for these people.

Compliments of the season to all......... we are chilling at a resort called Badplaas for nine days, no Xmas lunch and all that stuff, just chilling.

The kids got their Xmas presents this am, the traditional thing, and all I got was two books, Keiths' "Life", and Herschelle Gibbs' "comedy" (i like Herchie)....so I think his books' quite funny......... ? I'm not complaining......for obvious reasons....... ?
